Our gentleman went on holiday to France and developed an acute liver failure. He has been under the hepato-biliary team for some time now and was being successfully treated but he has had an acute event.
We subcontracted to another repatriation company to help us safely transfer him and his wife back to the UK and into hospital for further treatment.
