Once the lady was taken to hospital, scans showed a brain haemorrhage that required surgery.

She was ventilated on intensive care for nearly 2 weeks post operatively then slowly weaned until she was stable enough to fly home.

She required an air ambulance and the family contacted many repatriation companies and we provided the most cost effective solution.

She was flown from Amritsar to East Midlands then onto The Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham.
