This young man developed nausea and vomiting whilst on a cruise boat off Hvar in Croatia.
After wrenching for sometime he felt a ‘pop’ in his chest and he passed out . Quick thinking by the boat owner meant they quickly got back to shore where an ambulance was waiting on their arrival.
